Hospital visit/attendance at school on behalf of the owner
We can take your pet to the veterinary clinic or daycare center and pick up your pet from there on behalf of busy owners. Pick-up and drop-off at trimming salons are also available.

Safekeeping at event venues
We can assist with the staging of ring-dogs at weddings, or keep your pet at home in the waiting room. Assistance with home parties is also available.

Shampooing at home
We can shampoo your pet at home by borrowing your home bath. Feel free to refresh your pet at your own home.
※Staff who have undergone practical training at a trimming salon will be in charge.

Counseling Appointment

Step 02
Day of counseling
We will visit your home in advance to confirm your pet’s usual condition and care, and prepare a special medical chart. In the case of emergency sitting, such as a sudden business trip or hospitalization, online counseling is also available. We will suggest a sitting method and time that best suits each family.
Step 03
On the day of sitting
We will select our staff member in charge according to the details of your request.We provide LINE notification when we enter and leave your room and a report with photos after the sitting.
<Notes on Online Consultation>
・Please prepare your own internet connection environment.
・The communication method will be via the LARK tool. The consultation fee is nonrefundable in case of communication problems.
・However, it is difficult to observe your pet’s behaviour in an online format, so depending on the nature of your consultation, it may not be possible to provide a consultation without meeting you in person.
・Fees are payable in advance.
